1. 적용 범위
이 약관은 메이플랜드(Mapleland, 이하 “회사”)가 운영하는 mapleland-msw.com, games.mapleland-msw.com, hub.mapleland-msw.com(이하 “서비스”)의 이용에 적용됩니다. 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 서비스 내용
회사는 APHELION, 루멘 서고 등 브라우저 게임을 무료로 제공합니다. 회원가입과 결제는 없습니다. 회사는 서비스를 개선하기 위해 내용을 변경하거나 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.
3. 유료 기능
페이지에 표시된 유료 요금제는 예정 사항이며 현재 판매하지 않습니다. 유료 기능을 출시할 때는 가격·제공 범위·환불 기준을 별도로 안내하고, 관련 법령에 따른 사업자 정보를 함께 표시합니다.
4. 이용자의 의무
- 서비스나 서버에 과도한 부하를 주는 자동화 요청, 공격, 취약점 악용을 하지 않습니다.
- 서비스를 법령에 어긋나는 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다.
5. 지식재산권
게임, 코드, 그래픽, 텍스트 등 서비스의 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 회사에 있습니다. 서비스에 포함된 오픈소스(예: three.js, MIT 라이선스)는 각 라이선스를 따릅니다. 메이플랜드는 독립 스튜디오이며 NEXON·메이플스토리·메이플스토리 월드와 제휴 관계가 없습니다.
6. 책임의 제한
무료 서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 회사는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한, 서비스 이용이나 중단, 브라우저에 저장된 진행 상황의 손실로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
7. 약관 변경
약관을 변경하면 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 게시합니다.
8. 준거법과 문의

1. Scope
These terms apply to mapleland-msw.com, games.mapleland-msw.com and hub.mapleland-msw.com (the “Service”), operated by Mapleland (“we”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
We provide browser games, including APHELION and Lumen Archive, free of charge, with no accounts or payments. We may change or pause parts of the Service as we improve it.
3. Paid features
Paid plans shown on our pages are planned and not on sale. Before launching any paid feature we will publish its price, allowances and refund terms, together with the business details required by law.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not overload, attack or exploit the Service or its servers, including through automated requests.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
We own the games, code, art and text of the Service. Bundled open-source software (such as three.js, MIT License) is covered by its own license. Mapleland is an independent studio and is not affiliated with NEXON, MapleStory or MapleStory Worlds.
6. Limitation of liability
The free Service is provided “as is”. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for losses arising from use or interruption of the Service, or from loss of progress stored in your browser.
7. Changes
We will post changes on this page with a new effective date.
