메이플랜드(Mapleland, 이하 “회사”)는 회사 페이지(mapleland-msw.com), 게임(games.mapleland-msw.com), 영문 허브(hub.mapleland-msw.com)를 운영합니다. 회사는 회원가입·결제 기능을 제공하지 않으며, 서비스 이용에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 처리합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적
- 접속 기록: IP 주소, 브라우저 정보, 요청 시각 등. 호스팅 제공자인 Cloudflare가 페이지 전송과 보안(공격 차단)을 위해 처리합니다.
- 문의 메일: admin@mapleland-msw.com로 보내 주신 이메일 주소와 내용. 답장을 위해서만 사용합니다.
- 블로그 통계: 같은 도메인의 블로그 글(WordPress)은 방문 통계를 위해 Jetpack 통계(Automattic)를 사용합니다.
- 블로그 광고: 블로그 글에는 Google 애드센스 광고가 표시됩니다. Google은 쿠키와 기기 식별자를 사용해 광고를 표시하고 성과를 측정하며, 관심 기반(맞춤) 광고를 보여 줄 수 있습니다.
- 블로그 댓글·평점: 댓글을 남기면 이름, 이메일 주소, 댓글 내용, IP 주소, 브라우저 정보가 저장됩니다. 이메일 주소로 Gravatar(Automattic) 프로필 이미지를 표시할 수 있습니다. 글 평점 기능은 평가 결과를 저장합니다.
회사 페이지, 게임, 영문 허브에는 광고와 추적 쿠키가 없습니다(AI 사서용 세션 쿠키는 아래 5번 참고). 광고와 댓글은 블로그 글 페이지에만 해당합니다.
2. 브라우저에만 저장되는 정보
화면 테마·언어·애니메이션 설정과 루멘 서고 진행 상황은 이용자 브라우저의 로컬 저장소에만 저장되며 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 브라우저의 사이트 데이터를 지우면 삭제됩니다.

위 업체는 해외(미국 등)에서 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 블로그 광고를 위해 Google이 쿠키로 정보를 수집하는 것 외에는 광고 목적으로 정보를 제공하지 않습니다.
쿠키와 맞춤 광고 거부
맞춤 광고는 Google 광고 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. Google의 정보 처리 방식은 Google 파트너 사이트 정책에서 볼 수 있습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 차단하거나 삭제할 수도 있으며, 이 경우에도 게임과 회사 페이지는 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다.
4. 보유 기간과 파기
문의 메일은 답변과 후속 연락에 필요한 기간 동안 보관하며, 삭제를 요청하시면 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 블로그 댓글은 삭제를 요청하실 때까지 보관합니다. 접속 기록과 광고 쿠키는 각 위탁 업체의 보관 정책에 따릅니다.
5. AI 기능
루멘 서고의 AI 사서(베타)는 OpenAI API로 답합니다. 사서에게 질문하면 다음 정보가 Cloudflare Worker를 거쳐 OpenAI로 전송됩니다.
- 입력한 질문과 같은 대화의 최근 질문·답변(최대 6개)
- 게임 상태 요약: 현재 위치한 방, 들고 있는 책의 목적지 서가, 정리한 책 수, 계단 상태, 방·서가 이름 목록, 화면 언어
- 남용 방지를 위한 무작위 세션 식별자(이름·이메일과 연결되지 않음)
이름, 이메일, 계정 같은 식별 정보는 보내지 않습니다. 질문 칸에 개인정보를 적지 마세요. 회사 서버는 질문과 답변 내용을 저장하지 않으며, 하루 사용량 계산을 위한 요청 수와 비용만 기록합니다. OpenAI에는 응답을 저장하지 않도록 요청하며(store: false), OpenAI는 OpenAI 개인정보 처리방침과 API 이용 약관에 따라 데이터를 처리하고 API 데이터를 기본적으로 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
처음 질문할 때 자동 요청을 막기 위해 Cloudflare Turnstile로 확인하며, 확인 후 2시간 동안 유지되는 세션 쿠키(msw_ai, 사서 기능에만 사용)를 저장합니다. 회사 페이지는 외부 AI 서비스를 호출하지 않습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 회사가 보관한 자신의 정보에 대해 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요.

Mapleland (“we”) operates the studio site (mapleland-msw.com), the games (games.mapleland-msw.com) and the English hub (hub.mapleland-msw.com). We do not offer accounts or payments, and we process only the minimum information needed to run these services.
1. What we process and why
- Request logs: IP address, browser details and request time, processed by our host Cloudflare to deliver pages and block attacks.
- Email: your address and message when you write to admin@mapleland-msw.com, used only to reply.
- Blog statistics: the WordPress blog pages on this domain use Jetpack Stats (Automattic) for visit counts.
- Blog advertising: blog posts show Google AdSense ads. Google uses cookies and device identifiers to serve and measure ads, and may show interest-based (personalized) ads.
- Blog comments and ratings: if you comment, your name, email address, comment, IP address and browser details are stored, and your email may be used to show a Gravatar (Automattic) image. Post ratings are stored by the rating feature.
The studio site, the games and the English hub have no ads and no tracking cookies (see section 5 for the AI librarian session cookie). Ads and comments apply only to blog post pages.
2. Stored only in your browser
Theme, language and motion settings and your Lumen Archive progress are saved in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us. Clearing site data removes them.
3. Service providers
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting for the site and games, inbound email forwarding, bot checks (Turnstile)
- OpenAI, L.L.C. — generating AI librarian answers in Lumen Archive (OpenAI API)
- Google LLC — mailbox for support email
- Google LLC — ads on blog pages (AdSense)
- Automattic Inc. — blog statistics, comment avatars (Gravatar)
These providers may process data outside Korea, including in the United States. We do not sell personal information. Apart from Google collecting information through cookies to serve blog ads, we do not share information for advertising.
Cookies and ad choices
You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ad Settings. Learn how Google uses information in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; the games and studio site keep working.
4. Retention
We keep support email as long as needed to answer and follow up, and delete it on request. Blog comments are kept until you ask us to remove them. Request logs and ad cookies follow each provider's retention policy.
5. AI features
The AI librarian (beta) in Lumen Archive answers with the OpenAI API. When you ask it something, the following is sent through our Cloudflare Worker to OpenAI:
- your question and the recent questions and answers in the same chat (up to 6)
- a summary of game state: the room you're in, the destination shelf of the book you hold, books shelved, the stair state, the list of room and shelf names, and the display language
- a random session identifier for abuse prevention (not linked to any name or email)
We don't send your name, email or any account, so please don't type personal information into the chat. Our server doesn't store questions or answers; it only counts requests and cost for the daily limit. We ask OpenAI not to store responses (store: false), and OpenAI processes the data under the OpenAI Privacy Policy and its API terms and does not use API data to train its models by default.
Your first question triggers a Cloudflare Turnstile check to block automated use, after which a session cookie (msw_ai, used only for the librarian) is kept for two hours. The studio site does not call any external AI service.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete information we hold about you, or ask us to stop processing it, by emailing us.
